Simple Vegan Pancake Recipe


These have to be the easiest vegan pancakes I have ever made and they taste amazing!! They only require a few ingredients so I am so presently surprised how good they are. These are so quick to make so they make a super easy breakfast idea for any day of the week.

Ingredients 
-200ml Plant milk
-150g Plain flour 
-1/2 tsp Baking powder
Method
1. Pour your plant milk into a measuring jug.
2. Add in your flour and baking powder.
3. Stir well with a whisk.
4. In a pre heated frying pan with coconut oil add small amounts of batter.
5. Cook for a few minutes on one side before turning.
6. Serve with your favourite toppings.
