Biscoff Fudge | Vegan No - Bake

This may be one of the easiest vegan recipes ever! I've never made fudge before and thought it would be so hard to do but it really wasn't. I thought about making it when I found that I could get vegan condensed milk. This will from now on be such as easy go to treat recipe that can be ready to eat within 30 minutes. 

Ingredients
-120g Dairy free butter
- 60g Caster sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 170g Plain flour
- 3 tbsp Bischoff spread
- 160g vegan condensed milk

Method
1. Start by cooking your flour at 200c for 10 minutes to kill off and bacteria.
2. In a bowl beat the butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy.
3. Add in your cooked flour and mix until combined.
4. Fold in your biscoff spread and condensed milk. 
5. Pour into your lined tin and spread to level and smooth.
6. Put in the freezer to set for 20 mins.
7. Serve and enjoy!
