Vegan Double Chocolate Cookie Recipe

You may know by now how much I love a cookie recipe! Over the last couple of years I have perfected my vegan cookie recipe and I'm always finding new ways to mix it up and create something a little bit different. I have made a double dark chocolate vegan cookie and I am OBSESSED with it! It tastes amazing and I don't know how I lived without it! 


- 225g Vegan butter

- 300g Golden castor sugar

- 150g Plain flour 

- 180g Self raising flour

- 30g Cocoa powder 

- 1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda 

- 1 Bar dark vegan chocolate


1. Preheat the oven to 180c. (When you're going to bake your cookies)

2. Cream the butter and sugar together.

3. Add in all the other ingredients.

4. Stir well to combine everything.

5. Add in chopped dark chocolate. 

6. Using an ice cream scoop turn your dough into cookie balls. 

7. Freeze your balls on a flat tray for ideally 24 hours.

8. Cook from frozen on foil lined trays. (4 max per tray- they spread a lot)

9. Cook for 8 minutes and then turn and cook for another 6.

10. Allow to cool and set completely before moving and eating.
